Tell me about the meals you serve
Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 9 am in the dinning room. Breakfast consists of Orange Juice, a choice of five Cereals, English Breakfast, Bacon, Sausage, Beans, Tomatoes, Egg and Fried Bread, Toast, Tea or Coffee.
Evening Dinner is served at 5pm.
Should you require an evening dinner and have not pre booked one, please ask at breakfast for the meal of the day. Evening Dinner is £6.00 per head and £3.00 for children and consists of a main course and a pudding followed by tea or coffee.
What time does the bar open?
We will open the bar on request, between the hours of 6pm and 10pm the bar will always be closed at 10.30 pm.
Can I smoke in my bedroom?
We allow smoking in all of our bedrooms and ashtrays are provided. Please ensure you keep your bedroom door closed at all times. Please do not smoke directly under the detector as this may set the fire alarms off.
Tell me more about your location and local attractions and facilities
We are about seven to ten minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach, Waterworld and South Pier are just a little closer. The Tower is approximately a twenty minute walk along our new promenade, you will pass the Waxworks, Sealife Centre, Coral Island and numerous shops and markets on route.
There are a number of local restaurant and café’s on Bond Street and the Waterloo Road. The Sea Fresh Fish & Chip Shop on Bond Street is the best in Blackpool. (give it a try)
The Laughing Donkey Bar located on South Pier is a family bar and offer entertainment for the children and grown up’s. There is also a family bar on Central Pier offering entertainment. Should you wish to check out the working men’s clubs please ask Lynne or Terry for the Seasider book, this has all the information regarding the entertainment these clubs have on offer.
Trams run every few minutes during the season and there is a stop on the promenade just to the right as you get to the bottom of Shaw Road.
The number 11 bus into town runs from the top of the Shaw Road, outside the Weatherspoons Pub.
Leaflets and brochures are on display in the sitting room, please feel free to take them as some will offer a discount.
