We are a small family run Guest House in South Shore just off the promenade and a short walk from the train station, buses, trams , local shops, markets, restaurants and cafes. We are also just a five minute walk from Blackpool FC's Bloomfield Road football ground. We have been trading in Blackpool for eight years. We pride ourselves on a friendly welcome, good food and clean well presented rooms. All our rooms provide colour TV, alarm clocks, a courtesy tray, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and tissues which are all free of charge.

We offer Mid Week deals all year, and special offers throughout the season. Children are half price and there are some deals where one child will be free.
Our prices for a standard room start from £15.00 per person per night and for an en-suite from £17.50 per person per night this price includes breakfast, we also offer a room only option.
We will be happy to accommodate any military personal serving or
retired and can offer a discount on multi night bookings. We also offer
a discount for senior citizens on multi night bookings.
Our aim is for our guest to have the best experience of Blackpool starting with their accommodation, and we always endeavour to have the up to date information on what is going on. If we don't know we will do our best to find out.
